<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION - JULY 28, 2008 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />Mr. Comodeca stated this was showing that the EPA and MPCA both signed the <br />FFA. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead questioned if all of the parties involved had to be in agreement <br />before the deed was transferred. <br /> <br />Mr. Comodeca stated this was the case. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead asked if, following the deed transfer, there would be certain <br />restrictions on land uses. <br /> <br />Mr. Comodeca indicated this was the case and that the Response Action <br />Agreement (RAA), MOA and PP A would spell out those restrictions and how they <br />would be lifted. He noted the same process would be used in all of these <br />documents. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden questioned if any permanent land restrictions were to <br />arise, if that information would have to be written into each land deed. <br /> <br />Mr. Comodeca stated this would be the case. <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the City Council to direct staff to proceed with the activites <br />necessary for the transfer of deed as presented. <br /> <br />2.
