<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - August 11, 2008 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />City Administrator Moorse stated that this would be discussed at an October work <br />seSSlon. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead provided an updated work session listing and stated that this <br />was e-mailed to the Council members. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked City Administrator Moorse if the City was going to <br />meet in regards to reorganization options for personnel. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead stated that City Administrator Moorse was taking an <br />opportunity to meet with each Councilmember to get input and then determine the <br />appropriate action to move forward with. He stated that personnel issues will need <br />to come to the Council. <br /> <br />City Administrator Moorse stated that staffing issues are not the same as <br />reorganization issues. He stated that there will be some reorganization but currently <br />he is only looking at moving people into different positions. He stated that he will <br />meet with the Council to discuss the future organization and what it will look like. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead stated that there was a meeting on Monday, August 1 I, 2008, <br />with Representative McCollum, the Mayors from the neighboring Cities and <br />Councilmember Holden to discuss how to move forward on the County Road Hand <br />135W Interchange. He stated that the issues that were still open were defined and it <br />was the consensus of the group that this project was important to the community. <br /> <br />10. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />A. Closed Meeting Pursuant to MS 13D.05 Subd. 3(b) to Discuss Clear <br />Channel Outdoor Inc. Litigation with LMCIT Attorney. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Holden <br />seconded a motion to adjourn to a closed meeting pursuant to <br />MS 13D.05 Subd. 3(b) to discuss Clear Channel Outdoor Inc. litigation <br />with LMCIT Attorney.
