<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - August 11, 2008 <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />Public Works Director Hoag stated that Staff would be finishing with Bonestroo <br />and the Council could expect to see something in about 30 days. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant asked when the work on the manholes would be done. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Hoag stated that the work was expected to be done this <br />fall. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant asked about the progress on the televising project. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Hoag stated that it takes more time to jet or clean than it <br />does to televise so the goal has been to get the jetting done well ahead of the camera <br />so that the camera could move quickly. He also stated that the televising could be <br />done later in the fall than the jetting. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant asked if everything that was jetted would be televised by <br />this fall. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Hoag stated that it would be. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant stated in the development behind Katie Lane the road has <br />been in for a while but the wear surface is not down yet. He asked City Planner <br />Lehnhoff if this would be done this year. <br /> <br />City Planner Lehnhoff stated that last year when this was approved the wear coat <br />would not be put in until the housing development was in place. He stated that he <br />has been in contact with the developer, Mr. O'Mara, and due to the delays in the <br />housing development the developer was granted a one-year extension. He also <br />stated that until the wear coat is in place the City is not taking responsibility for this <br />road including plowing and maintenance. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant stated that the development by Hamline A venue, North <br />Snelling, and Ingerson there are four residential parcels. He asked City Planner <br />Lehnhoff if the ~ity has heard from the developer in regards to what they are doing. <br /> <br />City Planner Lehnhoff stated that there the Plat expired before it was filed with <br />Ramsey County. He also stated that he has been unable to reach the developer to <br />gain further information. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked when an update would be provided to the Council <br />regarding upcoming Rental Licensing and Admin Fines. <br />
