<br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />Approved: September 8, 2008 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING <br />AUGUST 25, 2008 <br />7:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Stan Harpstead called to order <br />the regular City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Stan Harpstead; Council Members David Grant, Brenda <br />Holden, Fran Holmes, and Dave McClung. <br /> <br />Absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present: City Administrator Ronald Moorse; Assistant City <br />Administrator Noah Simon; Public Works Director Gregory Hoag; Parks and <br />Recreation Manager Michelle Olson; City Planner James Lehnhoff; Planner I <br />Meagan Beekman; Steve Fenlon of MHC representing Presbyterian Homes; <br />Gen McJilton of Ryan Companies; and Recording Secretary, Tina Borg. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden <br />seconded a motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The <br />motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />A.
