Along with full utility and street replacement, surface <br />improvements included streetscape enhancements, pedestrian <br />promenade construction, Cannon River edge improvements, <br />pervious pavers, and pervious asphalt pavement. <br /> <br />2007 MSA Project, Northfield, Minnesota <br />This project involved reclaiming and overlaying over a mile of <br />streets that are in the city's Municipal State Aid network.
