<br />PROJECT DESIGN TEAM <br /> <br />It is the policy of Bolton & Menk, Inc. to staff all major projects by utilizing a team approach, with close <br />coordination between the client and the team maintained at all times. This proposed team will report directly to <br />designated City of Arden Hills Staff. We strive to provide the best team services possible, with the team <br />specifically tailored to meet the needs of the client. Following are brief profiles of each of the team members. <br />A resume for Travis Winter, P.E. and Lee Stallings and Joe Litman (LHB - Structural Engineer) which were <br />not included in our general consulting services SOQ, are also attached. <br /> <br />PRINCIP AL-IN-CHARGE <br />Bruce Firkins, P.E., Bolton & Menk's Vice President, will serve as the Principal-In-Charge for this project. <br />Mr. Firkin's responsibilities to this project include contract administration as well as overall quality assurance <br />and quality control. Throughout this project, he will be available to the City of Arden Hills, in addition to the <br />Senior Project Manager, to discuss the project team's overall performance. <br /> <br />SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER <br />Marcus Thomas, P.E., will serve as the Senior Project Manager and primary contact to the City of Arden <br />Hills. Mr. Thomas will be intimately involved with all aspects of the project He will provide overall technical <br />supervision, administration and coordination of the project He will make recommendations, review the quality <br />of the work and monitor the progress of the project. He will give daily direction to the project team to ensure <br />that all project goals are met. He will attend all project and public meetings as required by the City and lead <br />any public presentations as required. <br /> <br />PROJECT ENGINEER <br />Travis Winter, P.E., will complete the preliminary design and preliminary engineering report under the <br />direction of the Senior Project Manager. Mr. Winter will also be directly available to the City as required and <br />win assist Mr. Thomas \vith public presentations and meetings. <br /> <br />WATER RESOURCES ENGINEER <br />Lani Leichty, P.E., will assist the team in identifying potential wetland or other surface water impacts and will <br />prepare recommendations and cost estimates associated with anticipated mitigation efforts. <br /> <br />ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN <br />Lee Stallings, a Senior Technician with Bolton & Menk, Inc., will serve as the Engineering Technician for the <br />project. Under the direction of the Senior Project Manager, Mr. Stallings will work closely with the Project <br />Engineer in generating exhibits and presentation materials required throughout the project. <br /> <br /> <br />STRUCTURAL ENGINEER <br />Joe Litman (LHB Engineers), will serve as the Structural Engineer for the project. Mr. Litman has 20 <br />years of experience in dealing with bridge, retaining wall and structure improvements. Mr. Litman will <br />review all significant recommendations relative to the CP Rail bridge modifications, major retaining walls <br />or structurally-supported trail segments. <br />
