<br />PROPOSAL CONTENTS <br />The proposals should include a project scope, project understanding, schedule, proposed design <br />tealll, and a cost breakdown including hours, hourly rates and total costs. If resumes of staff on <br />the proposed design team were not submitted with the Statement of Qualifications, June 2007, <br />please provide with the proposal. The Consultant should provide a not-to-exceed total cost for <br />the proposed project services. <br /> <br />Please provide three copies of the proposal in letter format (not bound) by 4:00 P.M. Thursday, <br />August 21, 2008. In an effort to save paper, please make double-sided copies and be concise with <br />your response.
