ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION — AUGUST 6, 2008 4 <br />Commissioner Holewa stated that, when you look at the survey, it would have been clear, <br />when the homeowner applied for a permit for the sunroom addition that the pool and <br />fence were encroaching on City property. Ms. Beekman stated that is when it was <br />discovered. <br />Discussion ensued. <br />Chair Larson stated that a Motion would include minor subdivision, lot consolidation and <br />rezoning. <br />Commissioner Holewa moved, seconded by Commissioner Modesette, to recommend <br />approval of Planning Case #08-019; Minor Subdivision, Lot Consolidation, and <br />Rezoning; 1330 Indian Oaks Circle, City of Arden Hills, subject to the conditions of the <br />Planning Commission at their August 6, 2008 meeting. <br />The motion carried unanimously (6-0). <br />UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br />Ms. Beekman reported that, regarding the Clear Channel issue, the Court ruled in favor of the <br />City, pending any appeals. <br />REPORTS <br />A. Report from the City Council <br />No City Council Member was present. <br />B. Planning Commission Comments and Requests <br />TCAAP PropertX <br />Ms. Beekman stated that she did not attend the Work Session. She added she was not <br />sure if any final decisions were made, but they did not decide on the name yet. <br />Commissioner Modesette inquired as to whose responsibility it is to decide on the name. <br />Ms. Beekman replied that the City Council would have to work with the developer and <br />approve the name. <br />Commissioner Sand inquired whether there had been a decision made about the 10 and 96 <br />options - specifically alignment. Ms. Beekman replied that the Council did decide that it <br />would keep the current alignment of the road, but there were some variations. <br />Commissioner Sand inquired as to how many manufactured homes were affected. Ms. <br />Beekman replied that it was approximately 12-15. <br />B2 Steering Committee <br />
