Recommend Approval as Submitted: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case 08- <br />024 for a Preliminary and Final Plat of Christensen Estates based on the Endings of fact and <br />the submitted plans in the October 1, 2008, Planning Case report. <br />3. Recommend Denial: Motion to recommend denial of Planning Case 08-024 for a <br />Preliminary and Final Plat of Christensen Estates based on the following findings: findings <br />to deny should specifically reference the reasons for denial and why those reasons cannot be <br />mitigated. <br />4. Table: Motion to table Planning Case 08-024 for a Preliminary and Final Plat of Christensen <br />Estates: a specific reason and information request should be included with a motion to table. <br />Deadline for ALYencv Actions <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed plat application for this request on September 5, <br />2008. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statue 462.358 Subd 3C, the City shall approve or disapprove <br />the Preliminary and Final Plat within 120 days following delivery of an application completed in <br />compliance with the municipal ordinance by the applicant to the municipality, unless an <br />extension of the review period has been agreed to by the applicant.
