Overview of Request: <br />The applicants have requested a PUD (9'1h) Amendment and Site Plan Review to construct a <br />nitrogen storage tank that would be ten feet in diameter and 28 feet in height. The tank <br />would be located on a concrete pad, adjacent to an existing outdoor nitrogen storage tank, on <br />the east side of Building 14, which is located on the north side of the campus (Attachment <br />Q. In addition to the storage tank, and on an existing concrete pad, the applicant would <br />install a liquid nitrogen vaporizer. The vaporizer would be five feet, nine inches square, and <br />fifteen feet, nine inches in height. The tanks are necessary in order to meet the demand of <br />Boston Scientific's manufacturing process.
