Overview of Request: <br />The existing Burger King Restaurant operates under a Conditional Use Permit that was <br />approved in 1988 (PC# 88-014). The applicants have requested a CUP amendment to <br />reconfigure the existing business into an Arby's restaurant. The existing building would <br />remain. The interior of the building would be significantly altered; however those changes <br />do not impact the CUP Amendment application.
