requirements, replace the existing menu board, add a canopy over the speaker area, replace <br />all of the existing signage, paint the existing light poles, remove the exposed dumpster, and <br />redo the landscaping. <br />The Burger King restaurant and the Kennedy Transmission building, located immediately to <br />the north, were both approved through CUPs in 1988. At the time the two properties were a <br />single property and, while approved under different planning cases, were reviewed as a <br />single site plan. In 1989 the properties were split; however the original site plan and <br />approved CUPs are still in effect for both properties. The lot split; however, does make them <br />separate parcels, and impacts the City's regulations regarding signage requirements.
