Proposed Lot Size, Width, and Depth <br />Despite the increased right-of-way width for Snelling Avenue/Highway 51, the <br />four proposed lots still meet or exceed the minimum lot area, width and depth. <br />The wetlands comprise a large portion of Lot 1 and Lot 4 on the southern and <br />northern ends of the property. Although the Zoning and Subdivision Code does <br />not require a minimum buildable lot size, the total area outside of the easements is <br />shown in the above chart.
