Based on the comments and <br />suggestions from the Council, the draft Plan has been updated. This memo outlines those edits <br />and other additional information. Please refer to the October 13, 2008, memo for a full <br />background of the planning process and a summary of the draft Plan. <br /> <br />Draft Guidin2: Plan Edits <br /> <br />The changes to the draft Plan after the October 13, 2008, include: <br /> <br />Throughout Document: <br />· Renamed the document "Guiding Plan for the B2 District." This is the only area in the <br />City with B2 zoning. <br />· Renamed the "Illustrative Master Plan" to "Illustrative Guiding Plan" on page 4-10 and <br />throughout the document. <br />· Updated the reference to the proposed pedestrian and bicycle connection over Highway <br />51 to note that it could be a new bridge, an expansion of the existing bridge, or a separate <br />ped/bike bridge. <br />· Emphasized the supplementary nature of the proposed "Lake Johanna Boulevard" name <br />and that the "County Road E" name could still be used where needed. <br />· Updated the figure and table numbers. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />City Council Meetingfor October 27,2008 <br /> <br />\ \Ahdocsl \ah\AHdata\Planning\Community Development\B2 Small Area Plan \Meetings \ Oct 27 2008 CC Meeting \ 1 02708 - CC Report - Master <br />Plan for New Lake Johanna Boulevard.doc <br /> <br />Page 1 of3 <br />
