The CIP will include more detailed information. <br /> <br />The above list does not include minor typographical corrections such as spelling or grammatical <br />corrections. <br /> <br />Preliminary Cost Estimate for the Proposed Public Improvements <br /> <br />The purpose of the public improvements in this draft Plan is to address the overall traffic <br />situation and to assist in the creation of a new character and sense of place for the B2 District. <br />The street design and traffic signal improvements are an integral part of addressing the traffic <br />situation from a comprehensive standpoint. The sidewalks and streetscaping are key to <br />encouraging private, high-quality development. All items included in the list of public <br />improvements are subject to further review by the City Council. <br /> <br />While this draft Guiding Plan is essentially the feasibility study for the public improvements, an <br />engineering study is still needed to fully evaluate the complete costs.
