<br />Current Physical Conditions <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Former Holiday Inn property: eight acres of land and an unused ISO-room hotel <br />at the comer of County Road E and Lexington Avenue. The building is scheduled to <br />be used as a residence hall for Northwestern College students through the fall of <br />20] 1. Also included are a restaurant and two large banquet rooms. <br /> <br />Northpark Corporate Center: four major office buildings with access from both <br />County Road E and Pine Tree Drive. <br /> <br />Carroll's Furniture: a relatively small but locally owned retail furniture business on <br />the north side of County Road E. <br /> <br />Corporate Express: a major business-to-business office supplies and equipment <br />company. <br /> <br />Three banks along the south side of County Road E: Anchor, Wells Fargo and TCF. <br /> <br />Flaherty's Arden Bowl: includes 36 bowling lanes and a restaurant; parking is <br />located north of Connelly Avenue. <br /> <br />Pot 0' Gold Bingo: a private operation in an aging, former lumber yard building <br />north of the McDonald's restaurant along Highway 51 with access from Connelly <br />A venue. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Hunter's Park: two large condominium buildings with access from Pine Tree Drive. <br /> <br />Country Financial: a large corporate office building with private open space to the <br />north (including pedestrian paths) and the south (including a wetland). <br /> <br />Catholic Aid Association: an attractive office building located at the intersection of <br />Harriet and Lexington Avenues.
