<br />Land Use and Public Improvements Plan <br /> <br />Traffic and Streetscape Improvements <br /> <br />Various street segments in and near the district should receive differing treatments in <br />plantings, lighting, furniture and banners, as follows: <br /> <br />County Road E <br /> <br />From the west side of the Minnesota Highway 51 bridge to at least Lexington Avenue, <br />this road should receive the highest level of streetscape improvements.
