<br />ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION - NOVEMBER 5, 2008 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (7-0). <br /> <br />Commissioner Stodola questioned whether that will include the 2 additional changes <br />discussed tonight. <br /> <br />Chair Larson stated that no, it was only for the amendments proposed in the presentation <br />earlier. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa moved, seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman, to amend the <br />Ordinance No. 2008-010 document by striking Item B on page 7, Subd 4. <br /> <br />The motion carried (5-2). Chair Larson and Commissioner Thompson opposed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Modesette moved, seconded by Commissioner Holewa, to amend the <br />verbiage on the Fa9ade Transparency requirement on Page 10, Item F, to re-title to <br />Commercial Fa9ade Transparency so that it is applicable only to commercial properties. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (7-0). <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa questioned whether changing the Fa9ade Transparency to <br />commercial only would cause us to lose anything. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Lehnhoff stated that it would not. <br />Chair Larson recommended a motion for approval of the new B2 District Design <br />Standards, Planning Case 08-028 as amended by the motions previously made and by the <br />amendments 'verbally outlined by James at the beginning of the meeting. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Lehnhoff stated that such a motion is already on the <br />floor, requiring a final vote. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously 7/0. <br /> <br />
