To further accomplish the stated purpose o.- the I -Flex <br />Distn*ct, thefollowing -procedures shall be used.:. <br />A- ------ Prgposals for new construction ...... red.eyelopment of a site and <br />simificant modifications to existing sites shall use the Planned, <br />U rnit Development (PUD) or- the Conditional use Pernut (C P) <br />process. The. proposal shall. idenfifv any requested modifications <br />from the gpplic,able tonin ... requirements as well as the reasons <br />why the modifications would be in the public interest and would be <br />cons-iste-ni with. the -pup?ose of the..J_-_'F1.ex District. Modifications to <br />these reqUirements ma. be -ranted by the City without a variance <br />through the PUD process. Conditional Use Permits, Site Plans, and other develcrpm.ent <br />agreements that were .."roved for d.evelgpment sites before <br />December 8, 2008, shall remain in effect. <br />—.L <br />C.
