The park dedication fee has been paid in full <br />and all conditions of approval met. The Plat has been sent to Ramsey County and is awaiting <br />document numbers and filing. <br />The City has also executed the final documents for the Traverse Business Center Plat, which was <br />approved by the City Council on July 14, 2008. All conditions of approval have been met and <br />the easement and right-of-way vacations successfully filed. The Final Plat has been sent to <br />Ramsey County and is awaiting document numbers and filing. <br />November 10, 2008, City Council Meeting <br />The City Council approved a Resolution vacating several easements and a right-of-way as part of <br />the Traverse Business Center Plat. <br />November 24, 2008, City Council Meeting <br />PC# 08-032 —Five Year Extension of Boston Scientific's Temporary Walkway <br />The City Council unanimously approved a request from Boston Scientific to extend the timeline <br />on the temporary walkway located along Innovation Way for an additional five years. <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Planning Commission Meeting for December 3, 2008 <br />\\Metro-inet.us\ardenhills\Planning\Planning Commission\CC Reports\120308 - PC report - CC report.doc <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
