PC# 08-033 —City Code Amendment regarding the placement of Garbage, Refuse, and <br />Recycling Containers <br />The City Council unanimously voted to approve an amendment to Section 660.05 of the City <br />Code regarding the location of garbage, refuse, and recycling containers stored on residential <br />lots. Containers maybe stored in side or rear yards, adjacent to a structure, and no longer are <br />required to be screened. . <br />B2 Design Standards <br />The City Council unanimously approved Ordinance 2008-010 and Ordinance 2008-011 to adopt <br />the B2 Design Standards in Section 1320 and 1325 of the Zoning Code and to amend the City's <br />Sign Code.
