<br />A. The applicant shall continue to abide by the conditions of approvol as <br />stated in the approved Master Plan PUD except as amended by the <br />eight subsequent amendments. <br />B. The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans <br />submitted as amended by the conditions of approval. Any significant <br />changes to these plans, as determined by the City Planner, shall <br />require review and approval by the Planning Commission and City <br />Council. <br />C. All equipment and tanks shall be enclosed in a fence of similar height <br />and materials to the existing fencing in that area. <br />D. Permits shall be obtained for the project prior to installation. <br /> <br />4.0 Acknowledoment/Compliance. Boston Scientific acknowledges that it <br />understands the conditions of approval and agrees to comply with such <br />conditions. <br /> <br />3 <br />
