On the 25th day of October, 2004, the City's Council approved the <br />fifth amendment to the Master Plan ("Master Plan Amendment No. <br />5") subject to certain conditions documented in Planning Case File <br />No. 04-18. Master Plan Amendment No.5 authorized the addition of <br />a nitrogen generator system to the east of Guidant Building B. <br /> <br />H. On the 24th day of April, 2006, the City's Council approved the sixth <br />amendment to the Master Plan ("Master Plan Amendment No.6") <br />subject to certain conditions document in Planning Case File 06-010. <br />Master Plan Amendment No.6 authorized a new parking lot at the <br />Guidant Campus, parking modifications to the Arden Woods office <br />building, and removal of the Lexington Avenue access to the Arden <br />Woods office building. <br /> <br />I. On the 28th day of August, 2006, the City Council approved the <br />seventh amendment to the Master Plan ("Master Plan Amendment <br />No.7") subject to certain conditions in Planning Case File 06-024. <br />Master Plan Amendment No.7 authorized the construction of a <br />10,225 square foot addition to the west side of Building N in the <br />northwestern portion of the Boston Scientific Campus. This approval <br />was declared null and void by the approval of Planning Case File <br />06-033. <br /> <br />J. On the 27th day of November, 2006, the City Council approved the <br />eighth amendment to the Master Plan ("Master Plan Amendment <br />No.8") subject to certain conditions in Planning Case File 06-033. <br />Master Plan Amendment No.8 authorized the construction of a <br />2,250 square foot addition to the north side of Building N in the <br />northwestern portion of the Boston Scientific Campus. <br /> <br />I. At a public hearing on the 1 st day of October, 2008, the City's <br />Planning Commission reviewed the plans in Planning Case File 08- <br />025, staff's recommendations, the comments of the public and <br />recommended approval of Master Plan Amendment No.9 subject <br />to certain conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 Approval of Master Plan Amendment No.9. On the 27th day of October, <br />2008, the City's Council considered the application for Master Plan <br />Amendment No.9 in Planning Case File 08-025, the recommendations of <br />the City's staff and planning commission, and approved Master Plan <br />Amendment No.9 subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />2 <br />
