Won a judgment against Clear Channel (currently in the appeal process) <br />Finance <br /> <br />1. Completed rate study for Water, Sewer, and Surface Water utilities <br />2. Improved accounting capabilities and controls, and budget process refined <br />3. City received the CAFR Award and the Popular Report Award <br />Public Works and En!!ineerin!! <br />1. Completed all requirements to ensure continued compliance with State storm water <br />management regulations. <br />2. Completed numerous public works projects, both planned and emergency, including 1&1 <br />reduction projects <br />Parks and Recreation <br />1. Successfully completed Safe Routes to School Grant Contract Requirements and DNR Local <br />Trail Connection Grant Requirements in order to move forward on 2009 construction for <br />both projects. <br />2. Completed a pavement management assessment of all existing pathways in City to assist in <br />prioritizing future improvements <br />3.
