The City has received the required Certificates of Insurance and application forms and has <br />requested the appropriate background checks necessary for obtaining these license renewals. <br /> <br /> <br />Big Ten Supper Club X X X X <br />Blue Fox X X X <br />Cub Foods X X <br />Davanni's X <br />Flaherty's Arden Bowl X X <br />Great China Restaurant X <br />Lindey's Steakhouse X X <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion: <br />Due to the vacancy of the Assistant City Administrator and the recent hiring of an Office Support <br />Specialist to fill the vacancy created in May, the timeline for completing the licensing was <br />delayed~ All paperwork has been submitted and we are waiting to receive the background checks <br />from Ramsey County. <br />
