Utilize surface water utility funds to construct water quality improvements throughout <br />the project. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution 2008-061 : A Resolution Receiving the <br />2009 Pavement Management Program Feasibility Report and Ordering Public Hearing for <br />Improvement. The Public Hearing would be scheduled for the regular City Council meeting on <br />Monday, January 12, 2009. <br />
