<br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009-002 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 2009 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT-PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted December 8, 2008, fixed a date for <br />a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the following streets: <br />Arden Place, from Old Snelling to Glenarden Road, <br />Glenarden Court, from Skiles Lane to Glenarden Road, <br />Glenarden Road, from Old Snelling to cul-de-sac, <br />Forest Lane, from Old Snelling to Glenarden Road, <br />Skiles Lane, from Old Snelling to Glenarden Road, <br />Snelling A venue N, from Arden Place to cul-de-sac, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten dayst nlailed notice and two weekst published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held on January 12,2009, at which all persons desiring to be heard <br />were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility <br />report. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted January <br />12, 2009. <br />3. Bolton & Menk, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this imprQvement. The engineer <br />shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />12th DAY OF JANUARY, 2009. <br /> <br />Stanley D.
