The <br />boundaries of the shoreland management districts are hereby continued as shown on <br />the map entitled "Official Zoning Map of Arden Hills, Minnesota," which map shall <br />be properly approved and filed in the office of the City Administrator. The shoreland <br />management districts overlay existing zoning districts of the City also shown on the <br />official zoning map pursuant to this Code and the City of Arden Hills Zoning Code. <br />As indicated in this Section, certain portions of the shore lands in the shoreland <br />management districts are classified general development, recreational development, <br />or natural environment lakes. The map and all of the notations, references and other <br />information shown thereon shall have the same force and effect as if set forth in this <br />Section at length. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Boundaries of Shoreland Management Districts. The boundaries of the <br />shore land management districts shall be determineq by scaling distances on the <br />official zoning map. Where interpretation is needed as to the exact location of the <br />boundaries of a shoreland management district shown on the official zoning map, for <br />example where there appears to be a conflict between a mapped boundary and actual <br />field conditions, the City Council shall make the necessary interpretation based upon <br />topographic elevations and other available technical data. Persons contesting the <br />location of the shoreland management district boundaries shall be given a reasonable <br />opportunity to present their case to the City Council and to submit technical evidence. <br /> <br />Subd.4 Permitted Uses. All permitted uses allowed and regulated by the <br />applicable zoning district underlying the shoreland management districts as indicated <br /> <br />Section 1330 - Shore land Regulations <br />Adopted: November 13,2006 <br />Page 2 of8 <br />
