<br />City of Arden Hills Chapter 13 Zoning Code <br /> <br />on the official Zoning Map of the City shall be permitted in a shoreland management <br />district. <br /> <br />Subd.5 Conditional Uses. All conditional uses and applicable attached conditions <br />allowed and regulated by the applicable zoning district underlying the shoreland <br />management districts as indicated on the official Zoning Map of the City shall be <br />conditional permitted uses therein. <br /> <br />Subd.6 Prohibited Uses. Any permitted or conditional uses that are not permitted <br />by the applicable zoning district underlying the shoreland management districts as <br />indicated on the official Zoning Map of the City shall be prohibited in the shoreland <br />management district. <br /> <br />Subd.7 Water-oriented Accessory Structures. New water-oriented accessory <br />structures shall be prohibited. Existing water-oriented accessory structures, including <br />boathouses, shall be considered legal, non-conforming structures that may be <br />continued, maintained, or replaced subject to the provisions in Section 1350. <br /> <br />1330.03 District Provisions. <br /> <br />Subd. I District Requirements. The following standards shall apply to all <br />shore lands of the protected waters listed in this Section.
