<br />rA <br /> <br /> <br />,,/ <br /> <br />EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR ANNOUNCEMENT <br /> <br />The employee selected as the 2008 Employee of the Year has been <br />with the City of Arden Hills for two years. He is an exceptional <br />employee who exemplifies a consistent high level of dependability, <br />reliability, responsibility and integrity. He has been an extremely vital <br />part of the success that the Finance department has seen. He was <br />an important part of the success for revamping the budget process <br />and system files. <br /> <br />He has a positive attitude and always goes out of his way to provide <br />requested information. He is extremely well organized and handles <br />all stressful situations professionally. He represents a very positive <br />image for the City and always demonstrates good customer service. <br /> <br />Significant accomplishments include: <br />.:. coordinator of the Springbrook User Group for the Midwest <br />.:. awarded a scholarship to the Springbrook Annual Conference <br />.:. participated in the comprehensive review of all employee <br />benefits and updated personnel files and payroll files <br />.:. served as back-up during periods of change for the <br />administrative support <br />.:. assisted in the 2008 elections process <br /> <br />It is my honor to announce the 2008 City of Arden Hills Employee of <br />the Year: . <br /> <br />Joe Rueb <br />
