Upon completion of the project the City may require additional sound mitigation measures to further reduce or eliminate noise impacts from the site if the City finds that noise generated from the site is causing a nuisance. If any complaints regarding noise are made to the City, the applicant shall be responsible for providing decibel measurements from the property line. 13. A seven foot six inch fence shall be constructed to screen the loading dock from adjacent residential properties. 14. Upon completion of the project, the City may require additional vegetation, berming, fencing, and/or other types of screening to further reduce or eliminate light from the site if the City finds that the lighting is not in conformance with the approved Master PUD. 15.
