<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - November 10,2008 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />City Pldministrator Ronald Moorse stated the Federal Government is planning to <br />provide a major economic stimulus program focused on providing funding for <br />public infrastructure projects. This may be a funding source for TCJ\J\P related <br />transportation projects. He also stated that the City and RRLD are continuing to <br />work with Mn/DOT regarding the long term traffic impact of the County Road <br />H/I35W Interchange Project, as it relates to future capacity improvements to I35W. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked if there was any progress in the renaming of the <br />TCJ\J\P property. <br /> <br />City Pldministrator Moorse stated that this is planned to be discussed at the next <br />TCJ\J\P work session. <br /> <br />B. 911 Dispatch Center Update <br /> <br />City Administrator Moorse stated the County did track down the source of a <br />recorded message related to a 911 call. The recorded message was generated by the <br />phone system in the office building from which the call was made. He also stated <br />that the County is in the process of selecting a consultant to conduct a staffing study <br />regarding the consolidated dispatch center, as staffing levels and related training <br />issues are the most common concerns expressed regarding the operation of the <br />center. The results of the study are due in Plpril 2009. The next consolidated <br />dispatch center update will be provided when the results of the study are available. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked if the County had received any bids on the RFP and <br />if so who they were from. <br /> <br />City Administrator Moorse stated that he did not have this information but would <br />find out for the Council. <br /> <br />Public <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead opened the public inquiries/informational at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead closed the public inquiries/information at 7:06 p.m. <br /> <br />3.
