Councilmember Holden stated on page 22, the first paragraph for Mayor Harpstead, item I, the words "water main" should be replaced with "underground infrastructure. " B. October 27, 2008 City Council Worksession MOTION: Council member Holden moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a motion to approve the October 13, 2008 Regular City Council Meeting minutes as amended, the October 15, 2008 City Council Worksession minutes, the October 20, 2008 City Council Worksession minutes, the October 27, 2008 Regular City Council Meeting minutes, and the October 27,2008 City Council Worksession minutes as presented. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). 4. CONSENT CALENDAR A Claims and PayToll B. 1\pprove the October 6, 2008, pay application #2 from AJ. Spanjers for the amount of$98,388.65 C. Motion to accept the resignations of Bill Henry, Roger Williams, and Jim Crassweller from the Parks, Trails, and Recreation Committee (PTRC) D. Motion to 1\pprove Change Order No. I to Buck Blacktop, Inc. in the amount of $1,000 for the Cummings Park, Johanna Marsh, and Hazelnut Park Hard Court Restoration Project E. Motion to 1\pprove Pay Voucher No. 2 to Buck Blacktop, Inc. in the amount of $8,414,95 for the Cummings Park, Johanna Marsh, and Hazelnut Park Hard Court Restoration Project MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (5-0).
