APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. November 10,2008 Re!!ular City Council Meetin!! <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Harpstead seconded a <br />motion to approve the November 10, 2008 Regular City Council <br />Meeting minutes as presented. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Claims and Payroll <br />B. Approve Planning Case 08-032 for a five year extension of the use and <br />temporary walkway between Building 10 and Building 3 on the Boston <br />Scientific Campus <br />Cl. Approve Ordinance 2008-015 in Planning Case 08-033 to amend <br />Section 660.05 of the City Code regarding the storage and location of <br />garbage, refuse, and recycling containers as described in the November <br />24, 2008. Report to the City Council <br />C2. Motion to Approve Publishing a Summary of Ordinance 2008-015 for <br />the Garbage, Refuse, and Recycling Container Ordinance as Permitted <br />by Minnesota State Statute 412.191 Subd.4 <br />D. Adoption of a resolution in support of the Northwest Youth and Family <br />Services Campaign to Create the Discovery Center <br />D I. Approval of special legislation regarding Tax Increment Financing to <br />facilitate the redevelopment of the TCAAP property <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember McClung <br />seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and <br />to authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung stated that in reference to item 4E he would like to <br />clarify that approval of this item was not a commitment by the City for any <br />particular Tax Increment Financing but rather a way for the City to expand their <br />options for the TCAAP property. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br />
