The City will notify the <br />Contractor by the last week of December what the compensation <br />rate will be for the subsequent contract year. <br /> <br />6.2 Materials Sales Revenue Share and Processing Fees <br /> <br />6.2.1 Recyclable material prices <br /> <br />Each month the Contractor shall calculate the revenue share for all <br />commodities. Those calculations shall be included as part of the <br />Contractor's report to the City. Contractor shall use the following <br />indices in determining the prices of the recyclable materials: <br /> <br />A. Paper grades including newsprint and inserts, magazines, <br />catalogs, and mixed mail shall be: <br />· The Official Board Markets (OBM) Yellow Sheet, Chicago <br />region for Old Newspapers (ONP) # 8, high side of range. <br /> <br />B. Old Corrugated Cardboard shall be: <br />· The Official Board Markets (OBM) Yellow Sheet, Chicago <br />region for OCC #11, high side of range. <br /> <br />C. Old Boxboard shall be: <br />· The Official Board Markets (OBM) Yellow Sheet, Chicago <br />region.for Mixed Paper #1, high side of range. <br /> <br />D. Telephone books and Wet Strength Cardboard shall be: <br />· Market price paid by Contractor's designated customer. <br /> <br />E. Aluminum shall be: <br />· Average market price during that month paid by <br />Contractor's designated customer. <br /> <br />F . Each: clear glass, brown glass, green/blue glass: and mixed <br />glass shall be: <br /> <br />· The aggregate market price paid by Anchor Glass <br />Corporation's Shakopee, Minnesota plant, and/or the <br />Market price paid or charged by end market, averaged <br />based on the facility percentage composition of each type <br />of glass in the stream as reflected in the annual <br />composition study, less shipping costs to transport <br />materials to market. <br /> <br />G.
