The proposal is for a 1 ,800 square foot addition to the south side of <br /> the Ramsey County Sherriff Patrol Station. <br /> b. The additional is to create space for a new Disaster Recovery <br /> Computer Center. <br /> c. The recovery center would not require any additional employees <br /> on site. <br /> d. The addition would maintain the same height and design as the <br /> existing Ramsey County Sherriff Patrol Station. <br /> e. Public uses are a conditional use in the Civic Center District. <br /> f. The Ramsey County Public Works Facility was approved through a <br /> CUP (PC# 03-008). <br /> g. The Ramsey County Sherriff Patrol Station was approved through <br /> a CUP Amendment (PC# 03-026). <br /> h. An amendment to the CUP is required because of the proposed <br /> exterior modifications to the building and site. <br /> i. The proposal does not impact the City's landscaping or tree <br /> preservation requirements. <br /> j. The proposal will not impact existing external lighting on the site. <br /> k. No new rooftop mechanical equipment would be added as part of <br /> the proposal. <br /> I. The proposal will not affect the amount of parking on the site. <br /> m. The proposal is not expected to have any affect on traffic to the site <br /> or on-site traffic circulation. <br /> 2. On the Conditional Use Permit Evaluation Criteria: <br /> a. The proposed plan would not have any expected impact on traffic <br /> or parking conditions. <br /> <br />2 <br />
