SRF's <br />role on the project was related to the AUAR which had nothing to do with the economic feasibility issues <br />with the Army. <br /> <br />Attached to this letter are copies of the invoices that are being questioned. RRLD asks that the City respond <br />to each of the inquiries. We are withholding payment on all invoices until the questions in this letter and the <br />separate letter regarding the PDA Budget Process are resolved. After you have had a chance to review, we <br />would be happy to sit down and discuss a resolution to both disputes.
