<br />G. Determine a scope of services and budget for the City's environmental <br />attorney. [Ron Moorse has requested a scope of services from the <br />environmental attorney related to both the parks and open space process and <br />the public sale process. The attorney is out of the office until August 12, but <br />will respond when he returns.] <br />a. Pursue grant opportunities for funding of planning activities necessary for <br />the parks and open space use. <br />b. Discuss land use and zoning options for the TCAAP property, particularly <br />in relation to the 2030 Comprehensive Plan and the existing zoning <br />classifications on TCAAP. <br /> <br />H. Public Sale Process Action Steps <br />a. Establish a schedule ofbi-weekly conference calls with Kevin Legare. <br />1). James Lehnhoffhas contacted Kevin Legare <br />2). Determine who the City representatives will be on the conference calls <br />b. Obtain information on the volume of traffic the various nodes of the <br />existing transportation system can handle. [Council member Holden has <br />requested this information from Mn/DOT) <br />c. Prepare a list of data the city would like presented to potential bidders (i.e. <br />zoning, design standards, property access issues, and environmental data). <br />Assemble the data for distribution to the GSA and potential bidders. <br />d. Develop a list of all parties that should be represented at the bidders' <br />conference( es ) <br />e. Institute all utility-related fees in preparation for development <br />f. Assemble the design standards and streetscaping information from the <br />TCAAP planning process <br />g. Obtain information regarding special taxing districts, particularly in <br />relation to commercial areas paying the cost of the maintenance of the <br />streets, sidewalks, landscaping, streetscaping, etc. in the area. <br />h. Discuss land use and zoning options for the TCAAP property, particularly <br />in relation to the 2030 Comprehensive Plan and the existing zoning <br />classifications on TCAAP. <br />
