The question before the Planning Commission is whether the adjustment in the types of vehicles <br />permitted on the property would have a significant impact and if so, can it be mitigated in any <br />way. If the Planning Commission chooses to make a recommendation for approval Staff <br />recommends the following five conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall continue to abide by the conditions of all previous permits and <br />reviews. <br />2. The applicant will implement a pavement improvement plan, subject to the <br />approval of the City Planner, within six months of the approval of the CUP <br />Amendment. <br />3. The applicant shall implement a landscaping plan substantially similar to the <br />originally approved landscaping plan, subject to the approval of the City Planner, <br />within six months of the approval of the CUP Amendment. <br />4. Buses shall not be permitted to be parked on any surface other than the hard <br />surface of the designated parking area. <br />5. The designated parking area of the facility shall not be expanded in any way. <br />Options & Proposed Motion Lan�ua�e <br />1. Recommend Approval as Submitted: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case #09- <br />018 for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment at 1901 Lake Valentine Road based on the <br />findings of fact as presented in the October 7, 2009, planning case report. <br />2. Recommend Approval with Conditions: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case <br />#09-018 for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment at 1901 Lake Valentine Road based on <br />the findings of fact, as amended by the five conditions, which effectively mitigate any <br />significant impacts of the facility, as presented in the October 7, 2009, planning case report. <br />3. Recommend Denial: Motion to recommend denial of Planning Case #09-018 for a <br />Conditional Use Permit Amendment at 1901 Lake Valentine Road based on the following <br />findings: findings to deny should specifically reference the reasons for denial and why those <br />reasons cannot be mitigated. <br />4.
