<br /> Ms. Pederson moved, seconded by Ms. Falkowski, that the agenda of the Parks and
<br /> Recreation Commission be approved as mailed. Motion carried.
<br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br /> Chair Straumann asked for a motion to approve the minutes of January 13, 2009. Ms.
<br /> Falkowski moved, seconded by Ms. Pederson, that the minutes of January 13, 2009 be
<br /> approved as mailed. Motion carried. -
<br /> ELECTION OF OFFICERS
<br /> Ms. Petersen nominated Mr. Straumann for Chair. Hearing no additional nominations,
<br /> Ms. Petersen moved, seconded by Mr. Shirley, that nominations be closed and a
<br /> unanimous ballot be cast for Mr. Straumann as Chair. Motion carried.
<br /> Ms. Petersen nominated Ms. Pederson for Vice Chair. Hearing no additional
<br /> nominations, Ms. Petersen moved, seconded by Mr. Shirley, that nominations be closed
<br /> and a unanimous ballot be cast for Ms. Pederson as Vice Chair. Motion carried.
