The CP Rail Bridge is a major bottle neck and needs to be <br />done before or at the same time as the trail. The Canadian Pacific Railroad is willing to discuss bridge improvements with the City. The PTRC <br />recommended bridge improvements to the west side and the Council concurred with that and hopes to move forward with engineering in 2009 and <br />construction in 2010.
