According to the Ramsey County Sheriff they conduct two compliance checks per <br />year for every establishment that holds a liquor license in the City. If an <br />establishment fails a compliance check, an additional compliance check is done. <br />6. Administrative Fines and Tiered Penalties — Staff has proposed a number of <br />changes to the tiered penalties for violating the minor consumption law based on <br />comments from the City Council.
