A lot situated at and abutting on the intersection of two (2) or more streets having an angle of intersection of not more than one hundred thirty-five (13 5) degrees. A lot abutting upon a curve street shall be deemed a corner lot if the tangents to the curve at its point of beginning within the lot or at the points of intersection of the side lot lines with the street line intersect at the interior angle of less than one hundred thirty-five (13 5) degrees.
