City of Arden Hills Chapter 13 Zoning Code <br />0 ubd. 105 Lot of record. A lot existing as of April 10th, 1993, date of <br />this Code or approved by the city as a lot subsequent to such date, and includes non- <br />conforming lots. <br />QmhA. y�S. 106 Lot, shoreline. A lot having one (1) or more lot lines <br />fronting on public waters. <br />bd. 107 Lot, through. A lot that has a pair of opposite lot lines <br />abutting two (2) substantially parallel streets, and which is not a corner lot. On a <br />through lot, the determination of whether the street frontage is to be considered a <br />front yard or rear yard shall be as subject to the provisions of this Code. <br />bsu <br />bd. 108 Lot width. The mean horizontal distance between the side <br />lot lines at the minimum front setback line. <br />,. I i OSubd. 109 Manufactured home. "Manufactured home" means a <br />structure, transportable in one or more sections, which in the traveling mode, is eight <br />(8) body feet or more in width or forty (40) body feet or more in length, or, when <br />erected on site, is three hundred and twenty (320) or more square feet, and which is <br />built on a permanent chassis and designed to be used as a dwelling with or without a <br />permanent foundation when connected to the required utilities, and includes the <br />plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems contained therein; except <br />that the term includes any structure which meets all the requirements and with respect <br />to which the manufacturer voluntarily files a certification and complies with the <br />standards established under this Code and Minnesota State Statutes as amended from <br />time to time. <br />SU <br />bd. 110 Manufacturing and processing. All uses which include the <br />compounding, processing, packaging, treatment, or assembly of products and <br />materials. Generally, these are industries dependent upon raw materials refined <br />elsewhere. These uses include, but are not limited to: fabrication of wood, metal, and <br />plastic products; assembly of electronic components, equipment, and appliances; <br />processing of chemicals, plastics, food products, and nonalcoholic beverages; <br />manufacturing of clothing and textile products; distribution centers, lumber yards, <br />printing and binding shops, machine shops, sheet metal shops, sign shops, contractor's <br />shops and storage yards. <br />A. Class I: Above uses without exterior storage. <br />B. Class II: Above uses with permitted exterior storage. <br />L* A A AW bd.. 1.11 Metes and bounds.
