ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—September 28, 2009 28 <br /> 9. Council Comments and Requests (continued) <br /> Public Works Director Hoag stated that these charges were for tree removal of <br /> diseased trees and not trimming. They had been keyed in wrong. He has asked the <br /> Finance Department to correct this. <br /> Councilmember Grant asked Parks and Recreation Manager Olson if the work <br /> was completed on Lift Station Road. <br /> Parks and Recreation Manager Olson stated that there was a little bit of clean up <br /> left to be done but the pavement was complete. <br /> Councilmember Holmes asked if the gate was going to be fixed. <br /> Parks and Recreation Manager Olson stated that the entrance would be part of <br /> the ARRA spring project. <br /> Councilmember Grant stated that there was a contractor truck parked on County <br /> Road E2 and if they are done he would like to have this truck moved because it <br /> blocks the view of traffic. <br /> Parks and Recreation Manager Olson stated that she would look into this. <br /> Councilmember McClung stated that he would be out of town October 1 1 to <br /> October 26. <br /> Councilmember McClung stated that he had noticed that the items were being <br /> abbreviated on the agenda and this is difficult to use as a reference when <br /> benchmarking. He suggested that Staff go back to putting in complete descriptions <br /> on the agenda. <br /> Mayor Harpstead stated that he would agree with this. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Grant <br /> seconded a motion to adiourn. The motion carried unanimously <br /> (5-0)e <br /> Mayor Harpstead adjourned the Regular City Council Meeting at 8:55 p.m. <br />
