11LLS <br /> APPROVED: November 30, 2009 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> CITY COUNCIL TCAAP WORK SESSION MEETING <br /> OCTOBER 12, 2009 <br /> 5:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Council Member David Grant called <br /> to order the City Council TCAAP Work Session meeting at 5:00 p.m. <br /> Present: Council Member David Grant <br /> Council Member Brenda Holden <br /> Council Member Fran Holmes <br /> Absent: Mayor Stan Harpstead (excused) <br /> Councilmember Dave McClung (excused) <br /> City Attorney, Jerry Filla <br /> Also present: City Administrator, Ron Moorse <br /> Community Development Director James Lehnhoff <br /> Finance Director Sue Iverson <br /> APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA <br /> City Administrator Moorse noted he had one item to add to the agenda called <br /> Concurrent Jurisdiction related to TCAAP. Councilmember Grant indicated this <br /> would be added as Item 1 C. <br /> Councilmember Holden indicated she would like to add an item as well discussing <br /> the GSA and the information sent to the City. Councilmember Grant indicated this <br /> would be added to the agenda as item 1 D. <br /> It was the consensus of the Council to approve the agenda as revised above. <br />
