15. Lot 2 shall be limited in use to a communications tower and related equipment. If the <br />communications tower is abandoned, the lot shall not be redeveloped as a new use but <br />may be recombined with Lot 1. <br />Proposed Motion Language <br />1. Recommend Approval with Conditions: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case <br />09-021 for a Rezoning from I-1 to R-4, Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Master PUD, Final <br />PUD, and Preliminary and Final Plat at 1296 County Road F based on the findings of fact, <br />submitted plans, and the conditions in the December 9, 2009, planning case report. <br />2. Recommend Approval as Submitted: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case 09- <br />021 for a Rezoning from I-1 to R-4, Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Master PUD, Final <br />PUD, and Preliminary and Final Plat at 1296 County Road F based on the findings of fact <br />and the submitted plans presented in the December 9, 2009, planning case report. <br />3. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City has extended its review deadline by an <br />additional 60 days. The City must act on this request by March 2, 2010 (120 days). The City <br />may, with the consent of the applicant, extend the review period beyond the initial 120 days. <br />Resident Comments <br />Notice was published in the Shoreview -Arden Hills Bulletin and mailed to properties within <br />1,000 feet of the property.
