Notice Although a variance does not require a public hearing, a public meeting notice was prepared by the City and mailed to properties within three -hundred fifty (350) feet of the subject property. Resident Comment The City has received three phone calls, an email, and a letter to date regarding this planning case (Attachment B). The two phone calls were residents that were not in favor of the application. Deadline for Apen'cy Actions The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on December 7, 2009. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this Y February request b Feb4 2010 q Y (60 days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day review period.
