Zoning Ordinance — Meets Requirements <br />The proposed minor subdivision and lot consolidation would be in the R-1 Single Family <br />Residential District and would meet all of the districts lot requirements. <br />2. Subdivision Code Meets Requirement <br />Section 1150.04 of the City Code lists the following evaluation criteria for minor <br />subdivisions of platted property. Rather than being required to be entirely replatted, the <br />subdivision may be allowed to be accomplished by means of a survey or registered land <br />survey provided that the following requirements have been met: <br />1.
