City Administrator Transition Process (continued) <br /> Councilmember Grant stated he would be comfortable moving the upper limit of <br /> this position to $115,000 and even possibly $120,000. <br /> MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to Change the Salary Range for the City Administrator <br /> Position to $90,000 to $115,000. The motion carried (4-1),, <br /> Ayes —Mayor Harpstead, Councilmembers McClung, Grant, <br /> Holmes <br /> Nays— Councilmember Holden <br /> Mr. Fursman stated he would look for Council and Staff comments and changes <br /> over the next couple of days and will get back to the Council Wednesday evening. <br /> He asked that the Council agree with setting up interviews for March 12-13. <br /> Mayor Harpstead stated Acting City Administrator Iverson would look into these <br /> dates. <br /> Mr. Fursman outlined the interview process for March 12 and 13. <br /> Councilmember Holden clarified that the comments and changes should be sent to <br /> Acting City Administrator Iverson and she would coordinate these changes with <br /> Mr. Fursman. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Grant <br /> seconded a motion to Extend the Meeting an Additional Thirty <br /> Minutes. The motion carried (4-1),, <br /> Ayes —Mayor Harpstead, Councilmembers McClung, Grant, <br /> Holden <br /> Nays — Councilmember Holmes <br /> E. Personnel Committee Discussion <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember McClung <br /> seconded a motion to Table the Personnel Committee Discussion <br /> to a Work Session. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br />
